» Removing the bandage from the head before going to bed is recommended.
» Moistening the affected area with the saline solution received and the spray supplied with it. Taking the antibiotic and painkiller - the latter only if necessary.
» Using the neck pillow found in the post-op package when sleeping, which raises the head so that the sensitive area makes only minimal contact.
» We do not recommend sleeping on your stomach, as the face may swell.
» Mild bleeding or oozing may occur.

» In the past days it is necessary to moisten the scalp with the saline solution received every one and a half to two hours - we provide a sufficient amount of solution for this.
» At this point the scalp is still sensitive, avoid contact with tap water as far as possible.
» Avoid activities that cause sweating and direct sunlight.
» The skin starts to harden, and small, round scabs appear on the scalp.
» Mild itching also starts to develop, make sure not to scratch! Use the saline solution to relieve it. At the 1-week check-up our treating doctors check your condition and ensure the individually tailored further steps.

» The shock effect on the scalp begins to subside.
» The redness and swelling arising at the site of the procedure decrease and almost disappear.
» The hardened skin pieces start to fall off by themselves, but now the detachment of the scabs can also be supported with gentle hand movements.
» In this period a process that can be considered a visual step back begins; many of our patients contact us at this time, but there is no reason to worry. What happens is that the newly transplanted hairs push out the already existing hairs as they grow out - the new takes the place of the old - so some thinning is experienced in terms of hair density. This is a completely normal process; the expected result actually starts to show in the 4th-6th month.
» In general the next events are the 3-month, 6-month, 9-month and 12-month check-ups. This is how we can provide full follow-up for our patients and accompany them on the road of aesthetic renewal. The result of a hair transplant starts to take shape after the 4th-6th month, but reaches its full glory one year later, in the 12th month.
